Centra Windows recently replaced all 18 windows and a patio door in our home. Their customer service, expertise, quality of work and product met and exceeded our expectations. We scheduled three quotes from different companies but Brad, our sales rep, made such a positive impression that we chose to go with Centra prior to receiving our final quote. The very friendly installation crew, Kyle and Glen (leads), and Kurt and Joe, (with Jayme and Trystan each coming in on one day) were respectful and considerate of our time, our home and our pets. Pride in their work showed in their meticulous attention to detail and their exceptional customer service. Our installation was scheduled for 4 days, but the crew worked an extra day and half to ensure the job was done right. When a scratch was noted on one of the window levers during the final inspection, Kyle made an extra trip to our home to replace the lever with a new part. When one of our double casement windows could not open to our desired 90 degrees due to the size of the window, Darren and Ryan (technical crew) came out to analyze and then custom-modify the window to what we wanted. Timely, courteous communication, by email, phone and in person, kept us updated throughout the process. We love our new windows, especially the double casement ones, which bring the outdoors in.
