Promises not kept, disrespectful crew, didn't listen to our requests or observations, Might be better if the homeowner were a man. foreman made us feel like everything we sails was a joke. Brian Ward said he'd be around much more than he was and he had a bad habit of telling us what we thought and that what we reported to himhadn't actually happened that way. the wall he built is collapsing and some of the plants are dead. the lawn is a disaster, they used clay soil you could make pots with and all the grass is dead.
