We knew that we wanted to renovate our bathroom and that was all so we stopped one day at Bath Emporium where we ran into Yosh and.....the rest is history. He did more than we expected and politely guided us towards the best solution for our project. He was very very patient especially with my wife who had a million questions.....but he did it without any problems. One example where he went above and beyond was when we needed to provide specific technical details about our faucets that the inspector requested. He managed to get all the details from Italy in August when all Italy is on vacation! Of course, we spent more than we originally planned but now we have a dream bathroom.....and also because we are happy with this one we decided that another one needs a reno too, so Yosh get ready...we will be back soon!
