This is the second time we have used Interiors With Elegance. Very pleased with the workmanship and would use them again. Some of the reasons: they only use epoxy grout, all new items are delivered to the site so the homeowner does not have to, have their own shop so can manufacture cabinets and vanities, most of the employees have worked for the Company many years and you are not restricted to two inch tiles for shower floors. They arrive on time and clean up at the end of each day.

Kelly removed our cedar shake roof in 2007 and replaced it with architectural shingles. We were very pleased with the work and recommended Kellys Roofing at that time. This May we noticed that we had a flashing problem on a hard to reach site on our roof. Kelly recently fixed the issue which was not an easy job. He had to reach the flashing by means of a rope and harness. Even though it was not an easy job and took some time he did not charge us. I continue to recommend Kellys Roofing and would use him again should the occasion arise.

Sterling Exteriors Inc. just completed a 6" eavestrough installation. Very pleased with the installation and attention to detail. Seemed to have the most knowledge and was the best organized of all of the companies from which I received quotes. I was advised that other installers may not use the proper screws or space the hangers properly. Highly recommend.

This is the fourth time we have used Maxgreen this time for 3 more Silex fiber glass windows. This installation was more difficult than usual due to the 2 x 8 battens surrounding the windows. The team did an excellent job again. During the initial visit the installer recommended tempered glass for the bottom panel of the windows that extended to the floor; we accepted his recommendation. One advantage of fiber glass is that the frame and sash can be painted so we again ordered a custom color to match our wall color. Silex did an excellent match again. We can highly recommend MacGreen as well as the Silex fiber glass windows.

Hi Doug, Thank you for your great review! The Silex Fiberglass Windows are a great product as we can get any of the thousands of Sherwin-Williams colours on the windows to match any decor or style desired. The strength and durability of the fiberglass products is another great feature, especially on larger windows. There are definitely a lot of tough installation jobs out there (like we faced with your battens) but our experienced Installation Technicians take their time to ensure a LEAK-PROOF installation, regardless of the specific job challenges! Thanks again for your continued support!

GasTech Heating and Fireplace installed a Regency gas fireplace with a natural rock surround for us in February 2013. To us the rock surround could not have been installed any better and a neighbour who is a mason indicated he could not have done a better job installing the rock surround. Bill's measurements were dead on and we can highly recommend Peter the installer, especially for natural rock surrounds. On time and on budget.

This is the second time we have used MaxGreen; same excellent team. This time it was for a stainable Ply Gem Fiberglass Entry door; last time it was for a Duxton fiberglass window and sliding fiberglass patio door with which we have been extremely pleased. With the exception of two issues the installation went well and was very well done. The mortise work on the door could not have been done better - it was perfect. All necessary time was spent getting the door reveal the same all around the door. One issue was the delay in getting the door stained in a timely manner. The contractor used did a good job but was slow which resulted in me indicating I would prefer to paint the inside of the door frame myself in the spring when the weather warmed up sufficiently notwithstanding they said they would be happy to paint it. I was given a credit for this. Several of our friends indicated they thought it was a wooden door even though they were told it was fiberglass; a convincing stain job. The other issue was the fact that the peephole was off center just enough to be annoying. I didn't pick up on this until after the door was installed. Next time I would skip the peephole or specify that it must be centered precisely and measure it before staining. Another item of interest relates to the BoltBuddy. We were assured several times by Parry Bros. that it could be installed on a fiberglass door. However, when they arrived we were told there was a 60% chance that the door would split and the risk was ours. Not surprisingly we did not have it installed. We will continue to replace our windows with fiberglass ones and we anticipate using MaxGreen again.

Hello Doug, thank you for your kind words. Those fiberglass doors certainly do make a statement when professionally finished. I definitely understand your frustration on the door staining delay, so once again I would like to apologize for that. We certainly strive to have all projects completed in a timely manner, but when we add addtional steps to the process like the professional staining, it can increase lead times when we are working with other trades. We have since discussed this project with our finisher and will be working closely with him to ensure timeliness of these projects moving forward. I look forward to working with you again when you are ready for your new fiberglass windows! Thanks again for your business, as it truly is appreciated. Adam.

We ordered a high end Duxton fiberglass window and sliding patio door and wanted an installation company to match the quality of the Duxton products. I requested that Blueskin be used to protect the wood and that was no problem. The patio door was very heavy (approx. 375 lbs) and had to be lifted up one storey onto a deck for installation. This was accomplished with no damage to our deck much to my satisfaction. The installation of both the window and patio door were both excellent and we plan on having them install more Duxton windows and likely a new front door.
