Quote was clear and concise. All of our concerns and questions were answered honestly. Quite clear what would be included in installation which resulted in no surprises. Work was done on schedule. Very professional from the quote to the install team. When we had a problem they responded quickly and dealt with the issue.
We thought we knew what we wanted and needed. Were we wrong. The sales staff rescued us and their suggestions proved to be helpful. We usually shop the big box stores because of price.The prices were not out of line and the selection was extensive.
kitchen. powder room and new ceiling in family room kitchen
over 4 month period we had our kitchen main floor powder room gutted and replace. At the same time we had the popcorn ceiling in the kitchen and adjoining family room removed. Renovations are never stress free but having the people at Oakwood and their chosen trades in our home made it so much simpler and easier and a year later I still love what was done.
