From the very beginning, I knew I was dealing with a reputable company. The estimator was very clear about what I was getting, what the total price would be, and provided advice when requested. Installers were very polite and professional. You can tell when someone tries to do a good job. They certainly do. I am VERY pleased that I chose North Shield. They were recommended by a family member.
