Dealt with Cerate in Winnipeg was nothing but the nightmare. 1. Sale representative forgot to place my order and waited for the tiles for a couple of months, oppose to the 10 working days as promised. 2. Upon being contacted that my order is in. Only floor tiles have arrived and we had to wait for over a week for the wall tiles. Lost the spot with the installer. 3.Was quoted 30% less than actual price in tiles. (1200.00$ difference) $. Was sold wrong amount of tin set and grout that Ceratec, conveniently, is not accepting back.. Would never deal with Ceratec again
