Gus has been our plumber for over 25 yrs. In an emergency, he comes immiately. When it isn't an emergency, he arrives same day or next morning. His rates are very reasonable and he guarantees his work. Recently, he unplugged a backed up pipe and noticed a plumbing flaw that was done before we owned our house. He fixed that problem and did not charge us for that. Honest, trustworthy, reliable, and an experienced, expert plumber. When you need a plumber, he is the man you want to arrive on your doorstep. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Tree Man. From arrival to clean up, it was a pleasure to have them prune our enormous crabapple tree. Do not hesitate to hire them. Tyler was just terrific and understands the importance of excellent customer service. James promised we'd be very happy with the results and we were more than happy.
