Bought several prints while travelling in Europe. Went during a sale and I got a few pieces done for the price of one at a competitor's chain store. Sales person very curtious and knowledgeable. Prints were done when ready and turned out better than I expected. Store is lovely with unique gift items as well. I would recommend to all who need framing done or if a frame needs repairing (I had recommend store to a friend and they found an inexpensive solution to a broken frame).

Went to purchase a new bed for my daughter. Salesperson very knowledgeable and let her try all the beds. We were there for over an hour. Gave us a great deal on the bed and a better deal on a special (and very expensive pillow). I saw a (discontinued, floor model) headboard I was interested in, but a different size. None available in Ottawa, so he searched the database and found one in Toronto. Even though it was new, he gave me same price as floor model piece from store. Delivery went smoothly, as well. I would recommend Sleep Country to all looking to purchase bed - especially when they have a sale!

Have brought many "gently" used pieces of furniture to THC for them to sell. They are very knowledgeable and display furniture in such a way to make items sell. If piece is in good shape, you will get more from THC than you would selling on your own using KIJIJI or other of these sites. It is worth a try because if it doesn't sell, you can pick it up - nothing ventured, nothing gained!

Had never been to this east end nursery, but glad I made the trip. They have a huge selection of plants, trees and shrubs suitable for our climate. Selection of flowering pots unbelievable. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have already recommended them to neighbours who comment on my garden!

Getting aunt's house ready for sale. Carpets were 15 years old, never been cleaned, house had two heavy smokers. Arranged service on short notice, employees curteous, hardworking, and on-time. They warned that some areas would not get clean, but carpets came out 200% better than we thought. Also, with their treatment, carpets dry much quicker than conventional steam cleaning. Very happy with results.

In store service was good, staff very knowledgeable. Although they advised 8 - 10 weeks for delivery, store received fireplace earlier, just before Christmas and they delivered/set it up on Christmas Eve. Great to have a fireplace over the Christmas season.
