On April 9, 2019 I paid a deposit of $3507 for metal roofing to Aspen Exteriors. Having then carried out due diligence, too late, I'm afraid, I determined that torch-on roofing would be my preference. Having no starting date for the proposed roofing from Aspen Exteriors, I called on July 4, 2019 to discuss cancellation of the project. I was met with considerable resistance by Aspen Exteriors, but did manage to recoup $2500 of my deposit. In my opinion, there wasn't a suitable explanation regarding how the $1000 retained by the company was spent. I spent considerable time and effort to have the outstanding $1000 returned, with no success.
