In building our home, we needed a port-a-potty for the workers. We chose Lincoln rental over others in the area and were very happy we did. They had to service the port-a-potty during the fall, winter, and spring. We never had a problem with it not being cleaned out on time or not having toilet paper on hand. They positioned the "outhouse" in a tight corner where we wanted it, which was above what we would have expected a company to do for us. The driveway was locked with a cable and they agreed to take a key to come in and service the toilet. We would have no qualms of renting any equipment they offer for the homeowner, from chainsaws, to bucket loaders, etc.

In building our new home, we needed to design our kitchen layout and bathroom. We traveled to a few cabinet companies and decided to go with Sebco. The prices were good and they had quality products. We designed and re-designed the kitchen until we were satisfied with it, using their computer software and working with ideas and suggestions from them on the type of cabinets to install. We then placed the order for vanities, cabinets, and countertops. They delivered to our builder and whenever our builder had questions, he would get no hassle assistance from them.

We purchased a lot of materials from Mallett's Mill for building our home. They delivered with no extra charge and always on time. They were great at placing the material where you wanted it and their pricing was not much different from a mass warehouse lumber store.

We ordered a log home kit to build on some land and hired Mike to build it to the point of living in it. Although he is only a builder not a contractor, he still helped us out by working with or suggesting other workers to do the utilities and other aspects of building. Mike was very professional and worked well with us changing things on him every so often in the plans.

We needed ledge blasted to build our foundation. We hired this company expecting the job to start within a week, but it took more time for them to come because they got stuck on a gov't project that lasted longer than expected. Because it was taking so long, they did move in a spare driller and team and did an excellent job opening up the ledge for the excavator.

We went to Finest Hearth to purchase a new wood stove after visiting several fireplace stores. The staff was excellent with helping us choose a stove and helping us get the right parts to install it. When we picked it up, they carted it out right into our trailer. We still go there for accessories and they remember us even though we aren't there all the time.

We purchased some acreage of land to build on and wanted to know just where our boundaries were. The map drawn out by the realtor didn't seem to match the deed, but we were confused because of the old deed wording in rods. So we contacted Mr. Harris who came out and surveyed the land. He marked the boundaries, worked out some indescrepancies with a neighbor, and we had him file the new measurements with the state and now have everything written in yards and feet.

The old garage door was wooden and in terrible shape so we checked around and chose this company to replace the door. The garage was in the basement and had a low head space, which worried us. But we were shown the perfect door to be installed and it worked for years with no problem at all!

We needed a new freezer quickly and called many big box stores but none could deliver in the time frame we needed it. So we stopped into Lincoln Color Center and saw the freezer we would like, only needed a larger one, which had to be ordered. We asked if we could get it delivered by a certain date due to a large amount of meat needing the freezer by that date. No problem was the answer.. and, if we really needed it earlier, they would come by the day earlier! They delivered and put it right where we wanted it!

In building a new home we hired a plumber through Larry Ham construction. The plumber listened to what we wanted, then gave us options of systems including the newer radiant floor heating and more modern way of plumbing a home with individual lines to each fixture. They were very neat and did an excellent job.

We needed flooring for our home and were distressed with lumber yards so tried Lumber Liquidator and got exactly what we wanted for a very fair price! We could have picked up the flooring but instead had them set up a delivery for us and the company that delivered unloaded everything right where our builder asked them to!
