Bill and Kyle did a good job on replacing the bay window and basement windows. They were very detail on the finishing touch. They vacuumed the area before leaving! About the product (window), all other windows in the house were replaced by comfortking 15 years ago and the quality was very good. Their warranty was a bonus: during the work, they replaced a leaked glass (a flare appeared under the sun) and adjusted a latch on another window.
