Hands down, Pouya is by far the best home inspector I could ever ask for. He spent well over 4 hours in the house that I was going to buy. He is well equipped: He used his drone to inspect the shingles of the roof in great details; he used his thermal camera to inspect every corner in the walls and ceilings for insulations issues, probable leakages, etc. Pouya is one of those guys who loves what he does; we do need more people like him. In 24 hours, he provided a thorough 40+ pages report with pictures, repair recommendations, and maintenance tips. He is one of the best in his field and I have no reservation to recommend him to anyone who needs a quality home inspection.
