Had windows installed. The bedroom window is not in properly, and catches when sliding it. The capping is God awful, looks like a child did it. Some have big silver screws sticking out from them. Instead of bending the metal to make it into a nice / normal finish, they left the side of the frame opened and hollow and filled it up with a ton of silicone. They left several HUGE gaps filled with silicone. Did bad silicone job at that. When called to have it fixed they came back and told us that it is done correctly and only added more silicone instead of fixing it. Jacob said that he cant cap it properly.
