We spent a lot of time sourcing contractors to completely reno our ensuite. Jaia Group was referred to us by a friend who completed a house reno and their work was incredible. We met with John a couple of times to scope the project and booked him on the spot. John and Kevin were amazing to work with. The quality of the work was outstanding but equally important, they were honest, on time, focused. John is a man of his word and earns your trust. I certainly can’t say that about everyone. Highly recommend Jaia Group and will contact them for the next project.

All the work was done as scheduled, with phone calls in advance, so I did not have to wait around. Fast, and professional, with minimal disruption to my day. Robert and Trevor did a fantastic job.

Nathan was prompt,polite, and professional. He did a full assessment of the issue, and provided helpful ideas to avoid similar problems in the future. An overall pleasure to work with.

The first thing you encounter when working with Richard is his professionalism. He returns calls, and is always early. From the time I brought Richard in to give a quote, he called the day before and day of, to confirm our appointment. Given my recent experience with no show contractors, this was a welcome change. Richard's work was also excellent. In particular completing the crown moulding in my living room. To do this, Richard had to match up 2 different cuts, and join up the crown from 2 other contractors. This is very challenging and detailed, and Richard was able to match up the cuts seamlessly. His price was very reasonable, and he was a pleasure to work with.

Paul was hired to finish the work started by another "carpenter". It was obvious within 2 minutes of meeting Paul, that I was now dealing with a pro. Paul brought great ideas, and corrected the flaws from the original work that had been started. The finished product is fantastic. The workmanship is solid, and the doors look like they have always been part of my home.

After getting ripped off by a "Discount " flooring store, I went to Darmaga looking for a solution. I had originally gone to Darmaga, but thought I could save money elsewhere....big mistake. Truth is, you get what you pay for. I was immediately struck with the knowledge of their staff. Dennis and Paul have forgotten more than most people will ever know about flooring. They also understood my flooring needs, and did not try to upsell me. In the end, the cost was very reasonable, and their crew did a fantastic job with the installation. After months of renos on my house, the one thing I have learned, is use the pro's. Avoid "big boxes" and discount stores in strip malls. Deal with people who make their living in a specific area. With this in mind, you would be hard pressed to find any retailer more qualified in hardwood flooring, than the staff at Darmaga.

Mike and Helen were fantastic, and a pleasure to work with. They had great ideas, and delivered their product earlier than expected and on budget. When we noticed some small imperfections after installation, Mike and Helen were on it immediately. They really delivered, and exceeded our expectations.

Herc was a pleasure to work with. He was patient and provided great ideas on how to maximize our space. His focus was truly to ensure that we were satisfied beyond our expectations, and he delivered.
