I don't do these kind of reviews that often. I strongly recommend this company for everything they do. What I loved about this company is that they are very well coordinated organization from sales, to customer service, to on-the-ground workers, to administration. I have dealt with so many people over the years, from Home Renovation to Gardening to Tree removal.... and have not met anyone who can deliver this kind of coordinated team effort & service to customers. I would like to point-out my sincere appreciation to Michelle for her excellent customer service/sales support. What make it so easy for the customer is that the ease and quickness with which she acted in my case every time I called her. I always liked to work with people who are honest and sincere in their job. I found Skylights Unlimited an honest company to do business with. Their communication and installation is clean,thorough, and complete. Honesty, sincerity, and professionalism of all people I dealt with - Brady, Tina, Kevin, and Brian was amazing. I think, they got a good bunch of well trained professionals committed to take care of all customer needs including Installation and service. He advised me to go with 'CertainTeed' instead of IKO and I was surprised, what a difference it made? I am happy with the quality of sales, service & customer service. What a difference it made! He knew what I wanted, and did more than I expected. He Managed everything so well. Dimitry was nice and he knew what I wanted.
