Ardel was very attentive, arrived when they said they would and fixed the foundation crack in the middle of winter, both inside and taking care of an issue with potential buyers.

Chris and his team did an excellent job of preparing our estate home for market. He was referred to our agent Paul McCunn and they did a great job, on budget and on time. They were also able to take care of some other small jobs as well.
