Replaced all the house windows and the patio door. Price was average. This company was recommended from friends and neighbours (Actually, they recommended the sale lady). The workmanship was acceptable. However, broken glasses and screws were found around the houses. Some minor damage or scratch were found inside the house near the replaced windows, such as the hardwood flooring and closet door next to the window. It was true, the sale-lady was very nice and knowledged. She gave some good suggestion to the design and pattern choice, and good after project follow up and service.

Roof was replaced by City Roofing few years ago. Price was reasonable. They had two additional ventilation openings on the roof for us with no extra cost. The job completed in couples of days. Overall, the work was satisfied. The few complaints I had...1) waited quite sometimes before they worked on our house. (They installed roof at many houses in our neighbourhood around the same time). 2) Flowers and shrubs around the house were damaged during the removal of the old shingles.
