We struggled for years about whether to purchase or recover a couch, love-seat, chair and ottoman. Despite looking, we were never really able to find a style and colour that suited us. Roy did an incredible job reupholstering our 40 year old and very worn furniture. He remodelled each piece: replacing seating, removing skirts, refinishing legs, bolstering arm rests, and increasing height of back rests. Roys attention to detail was amazing. Roys Furniture is a family owned business that is committed to customer service. I will definitely use Roys Furniture again!

This company has extraordinary customer service. They provided same day service between Christmas and New Years, provided a very competitive estimate of the work required and effected the repair to the roof immediately. Very knowledgeable and professional. I have some additional work which will need to be done in the spring and will definitely contact Jay for this!
