Tony & Marilyn Simkover, Homeowners, Thornhill 2019 July is typically not the best time of year to sell a home. Our home sold in just one week in the middle of July and there is no doubt that Erin’s excellent work was a huge factor. Our friends and relatives could barely recognize the house and we thought it looked stunning once it was set up for staging.
