Jorge and his team (father and brother ) renovated my main floor bathroom last summer (2018). I really hesitated writing this review because I wanted to move on and figured I could fix the things I wasn’t happy with on my own, however every time I walk into my bathroom I can’t help but notice the lack of detail that went in to finishing the renovation. I also now realize my husband and I can't fix the issues on our own and feel upset. The grout in my shower was not done properly as there is grout missing in the tile work, the caulking done around my bathtub and toilet does not look professional and is uneven (the caulking that was in my old bathroom looked much better), and the light fixture above my vanity isn’t centered properly. I should of had the lighting corrected at the time but was told by Jorge's dad this could not be done (ridiculous). A few months after the renovation the tub settled and the caulking between the tub and floor had separated. I contacted Goldwing in March of 2019 to see if they could come and redo the caulking around that area and the toilet. I enclosed photos and an email, followed up twice and never received a reply or call back which was very frustrating. We barley saw Jorge throughout the renovation and he sen't his mother and father to collect the money at the end, not bothering to come for a final walk through with us as we had been promised. My husband and I saved for this renovation and ultimately went with Jorge because of his personality and reviews but are very disappointed and I would not recommend this company. Aside from the negative experience we had I will say I love the tile that was picked for the shower and the vanity we got from the supplier Jorge set us up with is very good quality.

In this instance, I really do believe we have a misunderstanding. We don't doubt that you reached out but we also had unforeseen absences with some admin staff that may have allowed for your concerns to go unanswered.
