Our 21yr old furnace recently failed and had Heatmasters out to diagnose the issue. They gave us two very reasonable cost alternatives to either repair or replace the unit. At our choice, Dimitri, Gene and Ian had a new high efficiency furnace installed within 48hrs. The level of service we received far exceeded our expectations. They were all extremely professional and knowledgeable from start to finish. They treat your home as if it was their own. We had them out on a subsequent occasion to replace an older humidifier and once again were more than satisfied with the quality service experience we had. We will call Heatmasters first for any future HVAC related services.
