I had been in LOW contact with one of workers. I understand how busy a company can be, however it was ridiculous on how low information I was given for the move of my vehicle. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this company. I had paid for my car to be picked up and dropped off, however the location of pick up did not work out so I had to move the car myself to a towing lot which happened to be 3 days later from due date of pick up from this company. The company then said it should arrive at destination within 2-3 days. However I flew to my destination hoping to find my vehicle, later did I find out NOT from the company, but from the towing lot, that my vehicle is still back at home. Never use this company. It is ridiculous. I still can’t get a hold of anyone at this company. And I still haven’t gotten my refund.
