It was our first time at Gemmell's and we loved our experience! The owners were quite knowledgeable and answered every question we had. They also suggested which specific plants grow better in the shade since our garden is mostly shaded all day because of all the tall forest trees around it. We were very happy with the variety of plants we chose as well as with the apple tree we bought, which we hope will grow for many years to come!

We hired Wills Transfer to move our house furniture and belongings July 7th. They showed up exactly on time, at 8am as was discussed, with the biggest truck they have. It took about 3 hours to pack the truck and the 3 men worked like horses! They took care of our furniture and made sure to wrap our delicate pieces. We would definitely recommend this moving company to anyone and one of our friends already has booked with them for next month! Great work!

We hired this company to redo the entire roof of our house. The owner was very sick, yet still was able to meet with us, explain every choice we had, go through options, warranty and details and coordinate the work with his crew. They did an amazing job! This house was delapidated and we've completely gutted it and redid everything, starting with the roof which now looks beautiful ....and more importantly, doesn't leak! To prove the quality of their work, we had just about every neighbour around on our street come by during the time they were doing the roof and compliment on their work! I truly wish the owner the very best, and hope he gets better! I have recommended this company to people already and we will be contacting them again for our next house!

We hired this company for moving and they did an awesome job! They were careful with our stuff, they worked extra hard to get an oversize couch out of the basement, they never took any breaks unless we offered them something to drink, they were paid by the hour and they worked for it. Both guys moved fast and efficiently and we would definitely recommend them to friends and family. They even took extra precautions to protect our brand new (expensive) dining room set. This is the second time we hired them and we're always well served! Neil, the guy with whom my wife spoke when she made the appointment to move was very kind and went out of his way to get us movers for the day we wanted (the September long weekend) because they were completely booked. That's what you call great customer service!

We called them to empty the pumping chamber of the septic system because the pump needed to be replaced and the plumber requested it empty, and realizing it was a bit of an emergency, they were able to come within a few hours. The guy (the son of the owner) was very efficient and explained everything to me so that I would understand how the system works. He even went a step above and rinsed out everything with a couple of buckets of water. He was very nice and pleasant to talk to, and when he saw our 6-month old, he proudly mentioned his wife was pregnant and due in July. He did a good job and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Whoever answers the phone needs some customer service guidance, but the actual work was well done, and quickly at that.
