I hired From Dark To Light to clean my carpets (which had serious stains left by a previous painter) and my off white sofa (which I know required very delicate care). From my first contact through prompt arrival to cleaning carpets and sofa, Alex and Nik were excellent. I will never know how they got the stains out of my carpet that I believed would be there for life. I was also so impressed by how much care they put into cleaning my sofa, taking one step at a time to ensure there were never any issues. This will be my go to cleaning company.

During the initial quote, Gary was great at understanding the complexities of my old and quirky home, explaining how to approach it and working with me on the rebate I was trying to secure. Gino and Alex completed the job with professionalism, attention to detail as well as being very personable. Gary and Gino took before and after photos to document for me and the submit for rebate program. The company delivered beyond my expectations.
