I had called various roofing companies looking for a quote on a roof repair. Some offer a quote but the rates were unbelievably high. One company reply was, "we're kind of busy right now can you call us next year? maybe January or February?". Ricardo from Accord Roofing call me back apologizing for not showing up but promising very politely that he'll inspect the roof and advise if needed repair or replace the whole roof, to my absolute surprise and unlike all the other companies my roof needed repair NOT to be replaced.
