End of the Roll came to our rescue when another company completely ruined two rooms in our house. They had to be redone. End of the Roll was so accommodating and so professional. The Installer they sent is the best I've ever seen. I don't think I can name him on this site, but he works like he is doing his own house. He is a perfectionist! I would highly recommend this company.

Absolute nightmare! Installer cut vinyl around toilets instead of removing them. Installer ruined the new vinyl in the kitchen by making 3 long cuts (approx 4 ft long) in the middle of the floor (he claims its only a surface scratch!). Installer then left without completing any of the rooms. GT Flooring blamed us - the customer, for making the Installer 'nervous'. GT Flooring refusing to rip out and re-install properly by removing both layers of vinyl and is also refusing a refund. GT Flooring hung up on us as we tried to find some resolution. We are now forced to take them to Small Claims Court as it will cost more than $3,000 to hire another company to come in and get our home back to the same condition as it was before we ever made the mistake of letting this company in our home.
