TSR did for us a rodent and crawling insect treatment in our home. It is an old house, so we have been dealing with mice (occasionally rats) and insects like silverfish, centipedes, etc. for a long time. They did a very detailed assessment over the phone. I was very impressed by the quality of advice we received from the person who answered the phone. They were able to answer all of our questions and scheduled an on-site consultation fro the following day. On the day of treatment, they arrived on time, again were very informative and polite, took their time while doing the treatments. It was obvious from every step of the process that they cared about us as human beings and also as customers. I wish all contractors would show their level of knowledge, courtesy, and care.
