This is a boutique style business and you get personalized attention, rather than walking into an impersonal depot. Arek, who installed the fireplace was clearly very skilled , and has pride and enjoyment in his work. The result exceeded my expectations. The fireplace that was installed looked even better than in the glossy catalogue - that says a lot.
