we wanted to replace 30 yr old rug with berber to make vacuuming easier and resist dog nail damage. we were sold rug and told it would be damaged over long term but it should be okay for a while. unfortunately it wears from feet in socks, the dog nails, etc. very cheap and Touma should have told us it would be ruined so quickly and we would have used other flooring. we asked them for their expertise and would have not gone with rug if we had been honestly told the truth. Now every day we sit in the room we regret getting the rug. dont use this company if you dont know exactly what you are getting, they will sell stuff they know will fail but they dont care. very disappointed and wont use again.
