Mr. Antonio has agreed to complete our townhouses back yard fencing work before 3 weeks (for me and my other 3 neighbors) after discussion in person at our home. As required by him, we have paid advance deposit $ 500 each by home owner (Total $ 2000 by 4 neighbors) and he hasn't completed the job yet. he has dumped some required material at our premises and did not show up for work completion. He was answering our call until last week and gave reason of shortage of manpower at his end and promised to come next day but never showed up after. He is not a professional contractor as we have nothing to do if he has no manpower / labour to complete the job as this is absolutely his problem and he has to sort it out at his end. We will wait for a feedback from his company else we will be going for legal action against him and all companies related to this job.

Very unexpectedly, I had my employee who specializes in fencing quite on me and have been trying my best to find and hire someone else who can provide quality work. As a result, I was unable to get this job done and we are extremely sorry for the inconveniences this has caused you. It is best at this point to cancel the contract as regrettably, I will not be able to fulfill my the contract we had discussed.
