Yes - I know - never put wall to wall in a basement - but my home came with it. After drain backup, had to have carpet rolled back to reveal the drain to be scoped by drain company. Mark at Victorious was very polite and patient all the way through re-installation and even came to my home to look at the problem. I have nothing but good things to say about Mark's professionalism dealing with my problem. Erdem and his assistant were excellent and very careful with my furniture. Thank you!

After a terrible rainstorm weeks ago my carpet in basement was wet in centre of room. Drain backed up, had a carpet company take off wall-to-wall to reveal drain. DrainWorks scoped to show a trap from when this 1920s home was built, which had to be removed as well as too many tree roots from the Toronto tree out from. I hired the, to dig down, take out trap, remove tree roots and replace all exterior pipes. Excellent team and quick and professional service. Hoping all will be well in the near future.
