We had a great experience with Fiber Protection Services! Paul was wonderful to work with. He was extremely flexible with our changing schedule and was very informative about our couch protection. We received a stain removal kit and it was made clear to us that if the stain removal kit does not get a stain out, then his technicians will. We are hoping we don’t get awful spills on our custom sectional, but we now have peace of mind in the event that an accidental spill occurs.
