The cleaning staff arrived promptly at the scheduled time and, after a tour of the house, they started work. They did a very thorough job and I was VERY pleased with the results. In particular, they did a very good job on the venetian blinds. I have 10 windows and it's one of those fussy cleaning jobs that I don't like doing myself.
