We visited with Ida, the owner and she understood right from the start what we wanted. When I questioned different things on her floor plan, she explained why she thought this would work best. No question was ever d or bothersome. The most important part is when you need something adjusted or fixed they come back quickly and adjust or fix the problem immediately. I would recommend this company so quickly and happily.

Something was stuck in our garburator and we were sure we needed a new one. I called Basic Plumbing and they came by the next day. Instead of needing a new garburator, they fixed it. Boy were we surprised. We have had them come for other things and they always come quickly and prefer to repair than replace.
