We have called the company for a replacement of garage door cables. Henry and his team arrived on time as scheduled. Henry identified the root problem of the broken cable was due to a rusty hook, which was also suggested to replace. He also pointed out that the spring (which was replaced by another company 4 years ago) was not in the right size. He has tested and proved it to us. He didn’t up sell though but leave it at our discretion. Overall, we are satisfied with the service with a reasonable price.
