The team at K One was able to come out on the same day to replace my shed's shingle ~180sq ft roof. They did a quick and efficient job, cleaned up everything, and it looks great! Very happy with their work. Thank you guys!

Fantastic company to work with. Their prices were very reasonable and they were able to come in on short notice which was much appreciated as I had a bath fan that basically stopped working completely. Work was done very well and they were very professional and explained everything clearly.

Rob and his associate Peter came out to do a few jobs for me. They arrived on time and were able to quickly estimate the monetary cost and amount of time needed which was on-point and very reasonable. I had them run a conduit and install a socket and light fixture in my shed, then continue that conduit to a pergola which has some lights mounted on it. The quality of the work is fantastic - looks like it will really weather the outdoors with all proper safety mechanisms (GFI). They also replaced a bunch of light fixtures and replaced some switches and outlets. All the work was well explained and Rob made sure to consult me on a few key decisions of how to set this up; he presented multiple options and answered all my questions. I was very impressed and am already planning to hire them for some additional work in the near future.

Mike came over to do the initial inspection and quote and was very thorough. He looked and measured everything, inspected the electrical panel to ensure everything would be with the new AC unit, and even told me about the required city permits that no other contractors mentioned. The prices were definitely on the higher side, about $1000-$2000 more than the lowest priced contractor for the same job however I still opted to go with Maintemp because they seemed very knowledgable and trustworthy. For something that's going to hopefully last for decades, I figure spending a bit extra to ensure the work is done right is worthwhile. On installation day, I had two other guys come to do the actual installation work - they were very professional and fairly clean. They started on time and finished even a little bit earlier than anticipated. Included in the installation cost is a "start up" visit to ensure everything is operating smoothly, once for the furnace during the winter and once for the AC once summer starts which is a great way to instill confidence in me as a customer.

Norman and his colleague did a great job upgrading our attic insulation. They were very clean; adding runners on the floor and vacuuming after. Very professional and quick service. Thank you!

I had to move twice, about a month apart because we sold our condo before getting the keys to our new house. We used GetMovers for both moves and both times it was a great experience. They were a young bunch, but professional, courteous and did a great job. On the move out from our condo we were recommended for two movers and even though it is cheaper hourly for two, I would strongly advise three for any move. Since three guys can get the job done faster you're probably actually saving money despite the higher rate. In any case, fantastic work - I'd definitely use these guys again.

I had these guys come in to clean the ducts in a house I just closed on and they did a fantastic thorough job with no up-selling or anything like that. They were so good that the house cleaner I had in at the time even asked for their card to recommend them based on what she saw to her other customers. She said she has seen many duct cleaners in other houses and never seen a company this professional. Fantastic work.
