We worked with Larry and his team on our main floor renovation after working with Sealy Design to create the floor plans. Larry and his team were fantastic. I was kept up to date on progress, Larry was very fast to answer my questions and the quality of the work is outstanding. I am high maintenance and picky and they met all of my expectations. We are currently saving for a basement renovation and will be using Larry and his team again.

We hired Affordable Insulation to top up the insulation in our attic. Our home is 30 years old and the insulation had never been topped up! Jason came and did an inspection and was very clear and happy to answer any questions we had. The team that came to do the insulation took great care to keep our home clean and went the extra mile for us as we had a hole in the drywall in our ceiling and they repaird it for us - free of charge! A great group to work with - thank you all so much!

We hired Smart Roofing on a recommendation from a friend. They were efficient and did take the time to explain everything that needed to be done. My only issue was that we had vents roughed in to eventually connect to bathroom fans that were to be installed during bathroom renovations. When the fans were installed, we realized that one of the vents was placed on the other side of the house and nowhere near the master bathroom. Care should have been taken to ensure this did not happen. To their credit, Smart Roofing did come back and install a 3rd vent in the correct position but it did take some effort on our part to get them to respond to our calls. All in all we are satisfied with their work.

We have been in our newly purchased home for about 6 months and started to notice mouse droppings in the kitchen. When we heard them in the ceiling it was time to call Joe. We called based on the reviews on this site and were not dissapointed. Joe came quickly and was able to quickly pinpoint the point of entry for the mice. We have not seen any since and are thrilled with the service we received. Thanks Joe!

We just moved into our home and had a very unexpected leak in our house. On a Saturday morning, Elvis cleared his schedule and came out and did a quick fix repair for us and an estimate for what the re-roofing would cost come spring time. He was professional, took pictures of the job to show us and gave us a few options of how to move forward. A real lifesaver in a really crazy morning.
