Every inspectors should do like you Phil, you're the first one that i met that spend haft a day to do a deep inspection. No rush and explaining any things that are not clear. Also your report as a lot of detail and pictures in it also with wise explanation. For yourself to be better i don't know if it's possible because your way ahead of most of all the others i seen.
