I researched many companies for find the superior gutter system. Our house is in a wooded area. Garrison gutters was the product. Greg their sales rep was skilled and professional . Patient and addressed our questions and objections. The project had a number of concerns however it's the customer experience which matters. I always hope that I have found the best installers or tradespeople to complete the task. It's VERY TRUE you get what you pay for. You find cheap trades people you'll get cheap work. This was not a cheap product, I feel it's a superior product.. This project started with several delays, with errors on booking dates. then on install day more missing parts. However a call to the office and a staff member brought out the some missing pieces asap. Not all of them. The complete evastrough, downspouts, and gutter system with heaters was installed. After I inspected the job, I found numerous issues and problems. with the project. Gaps, missing pieces, heater cable not installed the way the website stated. I was with the installer all day and i would have never questioned things, unless i double checked and my spouse questioning the workmanship. So why 5 starts. Anyone can take your money , do the work and then that's when all the issues start with trying to fix a bad job. This was the complete OPPOSITE. Chris (owner) and Matt (lead installer) took the bull by the horn. They wanted a complete report of the issues, assessment of what needed to be done and then redid everything that had to be fixed. 100% to perfect. There was excellent communication from Matt their lead person, and the President Chris who flew in from Alberta to see what happened on this job and help do the actual work himself. Photos were taken to ensure high quality control and they were through the whole process amazing at recovering a very large job that could have been a disaster. The original installers had a lack of training leading to a number of failures, essentially the owners stepped forward and took responsibility and dealt with the matter in the most professional manner. That is why 5 stars. excellent product and failure in service yet recovery was truly professional and commended. Now we have an excellent product which has performed very well in heavy rains and the gutters are truly keeping the crap out. Debris from tress gets washed off . Heater system will be determined in winter. As much as i could have lost my temper and yelled for how much it cost and quality, they did a great job at resolving the matter and i did get what i paid for. High level service and High level product quality. Thanks you and i'll ensure to tell others.
