Unfinished kitchen, do not trust this company
Hired this contractor last year (April 2018), Luke (the owner) said the kitchen cabinet will be delivered 3 weeks after, so we immediately demolished our kitchen so it will be ready for the new cabinets, guess what?! He delivered the kitchen cabinets 6 months after (November), we begged him to finish the kitchen during the summer months, he will say he is in a meeting until 1am in the morning working on our kitchen, he gave us a lot of alibi that we dont believe his reasonings anymore, we missed a lot of events in our lives (daughter’s 7th birthday, son’s birthday, my husband and my birthday, even thanksgiving!!!) we cannot invite people in our home because we dont have a functional kitchen. after the long agonizing talk with this person, he still left an unfinished kitchen til now, the pull-out cabinet and the dividers, Luke the owner didnt do final check on the project like what most contractors with integrity would do. He is good at enticing people with his sweet talks, even encouraged us to pay the project in full so we could get discounts!!! This is our biggest mistake, to trust this person! Workmanship is not good, substandard work, will give you a lot of headache. It’s good that there is a 0 score option in this review because i wont even give him a score of 1 for the things he did to us. Do not trust him and Do not trust this company!!

Who sold the business last year and assure you, this is a fresh start for Clareville Distinctive Kitchens. Unfortunately we did not take over any exsisting contracts that he had signed so are not aware of this issue you have stated. Kindly contact him to resolve the matter.
