Of course our furnace would act up/stopped working on the coldest day right after the warm spell we had. Made the call very early in the morning and had an appointment set up for the same day. Trent showed up a little later due to staffing issues/illnesses, but thankful he did considering. Trent took the time to explain everything to us and changed out/serviced what was needed. He was very professional and very polite. Consider yourself lucky if he shows up at your door to do repairs. THANKS TRENT!

We called Instant Plumbing concerned that our hot water tank was going to quit on us sooner than later. Having not dealt with them before, it was a delight that Jason and Meaghan arranged to show up an hour later with a new tank. They spent nearly 3 hours fitting in the tank and made improvements to the pipe fittings. They were both polite and took the time to explain and answer our questions. They both went above and beyond and know we can rest easy having this new tank in place. Thanks very much Jason and Meaghan.

Ehren showed up as scheduled and did a wonderful job on our rugs. Polite and professional through and through. Explained everything and with the okay of his Supervisor, did some extras for a very reasonable price adjustment. He made sure we were satisfied before he packed up and left.
