Horrible warrenty and satisfaction.
i approached weather pro windows on replacing all the windows in our house and they came in with an exceptable price to replace the old windows. I liked the profile of their window and the insulating factor of the composition of the windows. the install went well, up until i noticed a few months later that one of the windows in the basement had a broken track. so when you went to open it it may fall out of place. i contacted the head office and emailed in pictures of the window and the issue to them expecting them to make a attempt to deal with the problem. some 9 months later i am still waiting and calling them to try to get this resolved with no satisfaction at all. we are being totally ignored on the issue of getting this window repaired. for this purpose i will not recommend them to any one. my belief is if you sell a product stand behind it.
