Sales experience was poor, the building process was excellant, the warranty service was poor. We walked into the show home in September 2009 and 3 sales people and a vice president and 4 months later we we're able to get the deal done. Then 3 warranty guys later we are still waiting for them to correct imperfections in finish work. Love the Jasper , hated the company and its service.
