For many evenings our daughter was hearing sounds above her room. It turned out there was a raccoon in the attic. We called Humane Wildlife Control and they were very knowledge and prompt. A one way trap door was installed where the soffit was pushed away by the raccoon and other areas on the roof were screened off for prevention purposes. A week later the one way trap door was removed and replaced with a wire mesh to prevent the re-entry of the raccoon.

We have an in-law apartment in our walkout home. The kitchen in this apartment is directly below the main kitchen and unfortunately the drain pipe from the main kitchen cracked just below the floor surface which destroyed the walls in the in-law kitchen. Paul's Restoration was used by our insurance company. The walls (including backslash) tiles were replaced all within 4 days and the kitchen was left spotless.

There's nothing worse than waking up to a cold house during the winter months. We called Reliance for service and within 4 hours a technician was at the house. The problem was the heat exchanger (the 4th time in 12 years), time for a new furnace. The same evening a sales rep from Reliance came by, measured each room and then suggested a furnace. We made our decision, ordered a furnace and within 36 hours it was installed (it would have been sooner but the furnace had to come in from another city). The service technicians were here at the scheduled time, installed the furnace, gave me a lesson on the thermostat and had the area cleaned in very little time. Heat!!
