Fantastic company, from first call with Lina to Alex the technician. We just moved into our new home and the previous owners had pets, and part of our family suffers from allergies. I researched on the internet that a good effective cleaning of the ducts will remove pet dander and reduce the allergen around in the house. Alex on site did a thorough job show me the before and after and I was very impressed with his aggressive work. I am pleased that I chose CanaDuct to help our family .

I read up the product information on their site and was impressed. After their contractor laid the floor, there was space between the wall and the edge of bamboo plank. I complained and even sent picture - no response from either the contractor or the owner. It is now almost 2 years and one of the plank is starting to crack. I called owner and he asked me to call the contractor. The contractor keeps on giving excuses and it is 3 months and still no work has been done. I also found that it dents the floor with even a fridge magnet drop. I was planning on using the same people to do the living/dining area for me but have changed my mind.
