The salesman Alan suggested we choose Stainmaster because of its history of good wear and appearance. We have dealt with this company before when we lived in Ottawa and were pleased with the work and product at that time. Again we were pleased 1 year ago with our selection.We thought we saw a problem with the carpet and the manager personally came to our home and explained that there was no problem and it turned out he was correct......we are very happy with Alexanians One usually only gets what he pays for

At their suggestion which cost more money, we elected to have the entire window and frame s replaced...that revealed a few rotten frames (boxes) and saved future expenses on redoing the job. We also had two window openings enlarged which gave much more daylight.
