Steve did a fantastic job of renovating my condo. I owned a condo in the Summit building and it was dated. Subject converted it into a loft look--knocked out a couple of walls, added hard wood floors, completely remodelled the kitchen from a granite counter top to new kitchen cupboards (that he handmade). Steve even made new baseboards for the living room, dining room and bedrooms. Steve did a fantastic job of renovating it and when I sold it I made a whole bunch of money more than I had put into it. GreatJob!! Steve is a great guy, really easy to work with and did a fantastic job. Highly recommended.
