24th of Dec 2022 furnace broke down (-17 c) temperature. Technician came and ordered parts. I keep calling them everyday and wasted half to an hour every time for 2 weeks. They keep saying that they ordered the parts but the distributor unable to find the parts since the furnace is old. Later I found out the parts are in the market locally, it's only that their specific distributor didn't had the parts. After fixing the issue privet technician encercare refused to cancel the plan until next Sept 2023 or pay penalty for canceling the plan. I had their plan for 12 years and called them only once before this incident.
