Jesse did a great job cleaning the ducts in my townhouse condo. He showed up when scheduled, was very professional and worked quickly. When he arrived I had a few questions for him, regarding what it was he was going to be doing and how long it would take him and he easily answered everything I asked and put things into a way I could understand. It turned out our furnace filter needed replacement and our humidifier needed some small maintenance as well, but our ducts were in pretty bad shape. I knew that it had been some time since they had been cleaned, but I didn't expect that much dust and debris to have built up at all. Despite that, Jesse hooked up all his equipment and made short work of all that dust and debris. After he finished up, we talked for a minute or two, I paid my bill and he was on his way. I'm really glad I gave Vacumax a call and had them come out, they did a great job!
